Before you sign up
Do I have to use Claude?
No. Kairon is an MCP server — the standard plug that lets an AI agent use outside tools. Anything that speaks MCP can drive it: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, your own agent. There is also a CLI, and a Kairon agent inside the product if you would rather not connect anything.
Can it send without me?
Only if you tell it to. By default every invitation and message is drafted, booked and parked in a queue, and you clear that queue before anything leaves. You can hand a campaign full autonomy later, once you trust it.
What does the free trial include?
Seven days, every feature, no cap on anything and no card. It is the whole product, not a reduced version of it.
What happens to my LinkedIn account?
Your account connects from its own country, and Kairon stays under the limits at which accounts actually get restricted: 35 invitations and 100 messages a day, spread through working hours. Those ceilings are deliberately below what LinkedIn permits, because there is no undo on a restricted account.
Which channels work today?
LinkedIn and email. LinkedIn covers invitations, messages, InMail, profile views and post engagement.
How do I keep it away from people I already know?
An exclusion list, for people and for companies. It is checked when someone is enrolled and checked again before every send, so adding a customer or an investor stops even the messages already scheduled for them.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
Not for search. Kairon runs the same searches (role, industry, company size) and the lists come out the same. Your own subscription plugs in your saved searches and raises the daily ceiling from 1,000 profiles to 2,500. Two things only work with it: filtering by your existing connections, and the signals that read job changes and recent posts.
Can I bring my own list?
Yes. Upload a CSV and Kairon matches each row to a real profile, fills in role, company and contact data, and checks it against your ideal customer profile before anything is scheduled.
What language does it write in?
Whatever language the person you are writing to uses. Kairon reads their recent posts first, the actual words rather than the topic, and falls back to their headline if they do not post. Location is only ever a tiebreaker, and a name is never a signal: a Czech surname does not mean someone writes in Czech. You can also pin a language for a step, and your own wording gets translated into it.
