Contact

One address, read by a person, in English or Spanish.

Email

Write to admin@heykairon.com. It is the company’s real inbox: the same address named in the privacy policy and in security.txt, and the one the app itself points to. Messages are read by a person, and answered in the language they came in, English or Spanish.

What to write about

  • The product. Questions before signing up, a plan that does not fit, a LinkedIn seat that will not connect, a sequence that did something you did not expect. Say which organization you are writing from and, if you can, when it happened.
  • Your data, or someone’s data. Access, correction and deletion requests, for operators and for the people our customers wrote to, work the way the privacy policy describes. If you were contacted through Kairon and want your data removed, say so: we act, and we tell the customer who targeted you so they can act on their side.
  • A data processing agreement. Ask, and we put one in place.
  • A security problem. Use the same address. The report’s expected format and our disclosure preferences are in security.txt, which follows RFC 9116.
  • Press, partnerships, an integration. Same address; say which.

Inside the product

Signed-in operators can ask the Kairon guide inside the app for how a feature behaves; it reads the same reference the team keeps. An agent connected over MCP has the same reference through the doc_get tool and can send a problem back to us with feedback_report.

Where we are

Kairon is run by a remote team. There is no phone line and no office to visit; email is the door, and it is the one we answer.
