Kairon vs Waalaxy · honest comparison

Kairon vs Waalaxy
the honest comparison.

Waalaxy automates LinkedIn prospecting at scale for very little money. Kairon decides who to write to and when. Prices side by side, feature by feature, dated and linked.

One automates the volume. One decides the timing.

pick waalaxy if
  • Price decides: €19 per user per month is far below anything Kairon offers
  • You want a product many people have already stress-tested: they claim 200,000+ users and 4.8 on the Chrome Store across 2,000+ reviews
  • You want LinkedIn and email in one tool, which their €69 Business plan includes
  • You want pre-built sequences and to start today, with nothing to configure

What each one actually costs.

Waalaxy charges per user with a monthly invitation cap per plan. Kairon charges a seat with no cap of its own, paced to LinkedIn’s own limits. Their prices are in euros; we leave them as they publish them.

Feature by feature.

Short, honest answers instead of bare checkmarks. Waalaxy does more volume and more channels than we do; that is a real answer, not a hedge.

What Waalaxy is genuinely better at.

They are much bigger and much cheaper than us. Writing this page as though we were the incumbent would be absurd.

Price, and it is not close. €19 per user per month on Pro, with up to 50% off billed yearly, against $49 per seat for Kairon.

Adoption and social proof we do not have: they claim 200,000+ sales reps, founders and teams, with 4.8 on the Chrome Store across 2,000+ reviews, 4.5 on G2 and 4.5 on Capterra.

A real Spanish-language product with its own Spanish site. If your team works in Spanish, that is a concrete daily difference, not a detail.

Cheaper multichannel: LinkedIn plus cold email with 500 email-finder credits on the €69 Business plan. Kairon has no email at all yet.

Frictionless start: pre-built prospecting sequences and automated follow-ups, plus Make, Zapier and N8N modules from the Advanced plan up.

What Kairon does differently.

Not "Waalaxy automates worse". It automates more, for less. The difference is who decides who gets written to.

Timing comes from a public signal, not from the order you loaded the list in

A written ICP verdict per company with the evidence behind it, before anyone is contacted

Everything booked stays editable until it fires, so a bad message is a click from being fixed

An agent drives the whole product over MCP and a CLI, without Zapier and without a browser left open

Every action on every campaign is recorded, so months later you can still answer who was contacted, with what, and when

What to actually expect.

No invented percentages here, for either product. Judge the mechanism, not a marketing stat.

Waalaxy

Waalaxy scales with volume: up to 800 invitations per user per month, pre-built sequences, and follow-ups that run until someone replies. It rewards people who already know who they want to write to and need to do it many times, cheaply.

Kairon

Kairon scales with timing and restraint: it reaches out where a public signal fired and the evidence supports the ICP match, with a veto before each send. Fewer sends, aimed at people more likely to already be in-market.

Our own numbers, because we are asking you to judge ours too. Kairon used Kairon for a month: 444 invitations sent, 169 accepted (38.1%), and 59 of those 169 people wrote back (34.9%). They come straight out of our own database, not from a survey. It is one account and one month, so take it as a reference point, not a promise. The query that produces it is published, in case you want to run it yourself. We do not invent numbers, ours or theirs.

What we could not confirm about Waalaxy.

Stated as what we looked for and did not find, on the date we looked. Not as claims about what Waalaxy cannot do.

We found no MCP or agent-facing interface on their site as of 2026-08-05. Their integration path is the API and the Make, Zapier and N8N modules, available from the €49 Advanced plan rather than the €19 one.

waalaxy.com/pricing · 2026-08-05

The real entry price depends on what you need. The €19 Pro plan has no API and no email, and caps you at 300 invitations a month. API means €49 and email means €69, per user.

waalaxy.com/pricing · 2026-08-05

Their own structured data declares the operating system as "Web, Chrome Extension". We did not test which part of the work happens in your browser and which in their cloud; if you plan to run campaigns continuously, it is worth asking them.

When to actually pick Waalaxy instead.

If you need cheap volume and you already know who to write to, pick Waalaxy. It costs a fraction of Kairon, hundreds of thousands of people use it, and it ships cold email on the €69 plan while we have no email at all. Pick it too if your team needs a Spanish-language product from day one. Kairon is worth its price only when the hard part is deciding who to write to and when.

Fair questions.

Is this comparison biased?

We built it, so read it with that in mind. It is also the page where we say Waalaxy is cheaper, far more widely used, and has email before we do. Every claim links to their own pages.

Does Kairon replace Waalaxy?

For pure volume, no, and pretending otherwise is not worth anyone’s time. They overlap less than they look: Waalaxy runs campaigns over lists you build, and Kairon decides who is worth writing to and when, with the evidence visible.

Why does Kairon cost more than twice as much?

Because it pays for different work: qualifying each company against your ICP with cited evidence, waiting for a public signal before reaching out, and letting you veto each send. If you need none of that, the price difference buys you nothing.

How often is this updated?

Whenever we notice something has changed. Prices and features are marked with the date we last checked them.

See it work on your own list.
