# LinkedIn Sales Navigator Pricing in 2026: What It Costs, and What It Buys You

_Published 2026-09-26, updated 2026-10-04._

LinkedIn Sales Navigator Core costs **US$119.99 a month, or US$1,079.88 a year** (that's US$89.99 a month if you pay yearly). Advanced costs **US$159.99 a month, or US$1,799.88 a year** (US$149.99 a month if you pay yearly). Advanced Plus has no public price; you ask LinkedIn for a quote. That's what LinkedIn's pricing page said when we checked it on September 26, 2026, and LinkedIn dates that answer August 1.

The price is the easy part. The harder question is what the extra money gets you, and our own numbers answer part of it. Of the 74 LinkedIn seats connected to Kairon that day (a seat is one person's LinkedIn account), 34 pay for Sales Navigator. Their invitations got accepted about as often as invitations from Premium seats. Going by LinkedIn's own feature list, Sales Navigator is mostly a tool for finding people, and in our numbers its invitations weren't accepted meaningfully more often than Premium's.

## The three plans

Here are the prices from [LinkedIn's comparison page](https://business.linkedin.com/sell/sales-navigator/compare-plans) as of September 26, 2026:

| | Core | Advanced | Advanced Plus |
|---|---|---|---|
| Billed monthly | US$119.99 a month | US$159.99 a month | By quote |
| Billed yearly | US$1,079.88 a year | US$1,799.88 a year | By quote |
| Yearly, per month | US$89.99 | US$149.99 | — |
| InMail credits | 50 a month | 50 a month | 50 a month |
| LinkedIn says it's best for | Individual sellers | Sales teams | Sales teams using an integrated CRM |

LinkedIn notes that these are estimates that may not include tax or promotional discounts, and that pricing can change.

Two things the table doesn't make obvious:

- **The yearly discount is very different on the two plans.** Paying for Core by the year saves you US$360 compared with twelve monthly payments, which is 25%. On Advanced the yearly plan only saves US$120, around 6%, so paying Advanced month by month costs only US$120 more a year.
- **Going from Core to Advanced** costs US$40 more a month if you pay monthly, or US$720 more a year if you pay yearly. You get the same 50 InMail credits either way.

Here's what each plan includes, according to LinkedIn's comparison table that same day:

| | Core | Advanced | Advanced Plus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50+ advanced search filters, Relationship Explorer and Map, Alerts | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Account IQ and Lead IQ, Buyer Intent, TeamLink, Message Assist (beta) | | ✓ | ✓ |
| Team seat management, one bill, team reporting | | ✓ | ✓ |
| CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), lead and contact creation in the CRM | | | ✓ |

Advanced adds research and team tools. If you want Sales Navigator to sync with your CRM, you need Advanced Plus, and that one is only sold by quote.

## Which plan Kairon's users pay for

A price list doesn't tell you what people who do outbound end up buying. So on September 26, 2026 we counted the plan on every LinkedIn seat connected to Kairon. These are totals only: we don't name any organization, and every group in the two tables below spans at least 10 organizations.

| LinkedIn plan | Connected seats | Organizations |
|---|---|---|
| Sales Navigator | 34 | 25 |
| Premium | 21 | 20 |
| Free | 19 | 18 |

**Nearly half the seats, 34 of 74, pay for Sales Navigator.**

## Does Sales Navigator get more invitations accepted?

Not meaningfully more than Premium. Between June 28 and September 25, 2026, Kairon campaigns sent 15,898 connection invitations from 63 seats:

| Plan | Seats | Orgs | Sent | Accepted | Accept rate | Without its biggest org | Typical org (median) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sales Navigator | 30 | 21 | 9,053 | 2,889 | 31.9% | 31.7% | 32.3% |
| Premium | 20 | 17 | 4,848 | 1,534 | 31.6% | 32.8% | 32.0% |
| Free | 13 | 11 | 1,997 | 1,025 | 51.3% | 44.2% | 41.9% |

Put Sales Navigator and Premium side by side and they're within about a point of each other on all three numbers: the overall rate, the rate without each plan's biggest organization, and the typical organization (median). Sales Navigator comes out slightly ahead on two of them and slightly behind on the third. We added the column without the biggest organization because one heavy sender can pull a whole plan's number around on its own.

Free seats got accepted more often, but we wouldn't read too much into that. A free seat sent about 154 invitations on average, around half the 302 a Sales Navigator seat sent. One possible reason: seats that send fewer invitations may be writing to people who already know them. We didn't measure that. The plan isn't the only thing that differs between these groups, so this table can't tell you the plan is the reason.

What the table does show: invitations from Sales Navigator seats weren't accepted meaningfully more often than those from Premium seats. A 0.3-point gap is noise at these volumes, although a real difference of a few points either way could still be hiding in it. Going by LinkedIn's own table, what Core mostly sells is help finding people: more than 50 search filters, the relationship tools, alerts when someone changes jobs, plus 50 InMail credits a month. Advanced adds Message Assist and TeamLink for reaching them. Those are reasons to buy Sales Navigator. A higher acceptance rate, at least in our numbers, isn't one of them.

## Which plan to buy

- **You look for leads on your own:** Core. You get the search filters, the alerts and the 50 InMail credits, and paying yearly saves you 25%.
- **You have a team that researches accounts together and wants one bill:** Advanced. The yearly discount is small, so paying monthly costs you little extra.
- **You need Sales Navigator to feed Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or Oracle:** Advanced Plus, and you'll need to ask LinkedIn for a quote.
- **Your problem is getting people to accept and reply, not finding them:** Sales Navigator and Premium were only 0.3 points apart on acceptance, so in our numbers a pricier plan didn’t get more invitations accepted. For what Premium includes next to Sales Navigator, see [LinkedIn Premium vs Sales Navigator](/blog/linkedin-premium-vs-sales-navigator).

In short: Sales Navigator makes sense if finding people is your bottleneck. If your problem is that people don't accept, our numbers don't show that moving up from Premium helps.

## If you pay in another currency

The same page shows prices in four more currencies:

| Currency | Core monthly | Core yearly | Advanced monthly | Advanced yearly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EUR | €120.99 | €1,088.88 | €148.21 | €1,693.88 |
| GBP | £94.99 | £959.88 | £130.00 | £1,499.88 |
| CAD | C$144.99 | C$1,199.88 | C$179.99 | C$2,039.88 |
| AUD | A$154.99 | A$1,499.88 | A$189.99 | A$2,159.88 |

It didn't list prices in Mexican, Argentine, Colombian or Brazilian currency when we looked. For those, LinkedIn sends you to checkout, so the price in your currency is whatever checkout shows you on the day.

## The free trial

LinkedIn offers a free trial of Core or Advanced if you're not paying for any LinkedIn subscription right now (Premium and Sales Navigator included) and haven't used a LinkedIn free trial in the last 365 days. LinkedIn adds that availability and features can vary by plan and region.

LinkedIn's page didn't say how long the trial lasts, so we don't give a length here.

## How we counted

- **Prices and plans** come from LinkedIn's comparison page, which we read on September 26, 2026 in US English. The prices are in the page's answer to "How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost?", not in the plan table. The monthly figures for yearly plans are just the yearly price divided by 12.
- **Seats** are all the LinkedIn seats connected to Kairon on September 26, 2026, grouped by whether the account has Sales Navigator or Premium. If it has both, we count it once, as Sales Navigator.
- **Invitations** are all the connection invitations Kairon campaigns sent between June 28 and September 25, 2026. We count one as accepted once the connection shows up as accepted. Acceptances keep coming in for a while after an invitation goes out, so a count taken later would come out slightly higher. Ours was taken on September 26, 2026.
- **What this can't tell you:** anything about a single account, sector or country, why the free seats differ, or what a plan does outside of campaigns.
